Contract Manager

We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contract administration, cost control, and project execution in the construction and renewable energy sectors. The role ensures compliance with JBCC, FIDIC, and EPC contracts while managing budgets, timelines, and risks.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years in project management, quantity surveying, or a related field
2. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction/Project Management, or similar
3. Expertise in contracts, procurement, cost control, and compliance
4. Solar PV & electrical knowledge (advantageous)
5. Strong leadership, financial management & risk assessment skills
6. Proficiency in MS Excel & project management software

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage contracts, sub-contractors, supplier agreements, and claims
2. Oversee cost control, procurement, and project execution
3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations & contract obligations
4. Lead risk management, stakeholder engagement & reporting
5. Mentor junior staff & drive professional growth
