Contract Engineer

• CPM Registration with SACPCMP will be an advantage
• Minimum 10 years working experience in Contract administration as “Engineer, Principal Agent or similar
• Experience in Contract Engineer on SANRAL projects is non-negotiable
• Thorough working knowledge of Conditions of Contract (FIDIC 1999, NEC 210 / 2015 and JBCC)
• Thorough working knowledge of specification and Bill of Quantities (COLTO / COTO, SANA 1200, project specific etc)
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent client relations skills

In addition to the above, the applicant is required to submit experience on three of their recent projects (within the last 10 years) that comply with all of the parameters below:

• Relevance of Experience (Position Held)

The applicant is required to have experience in at least one of the following positions (indicate positions held for each of the three projects):

• Resident Engineer (Less preferred)
• Relevant experience (Client)

The experience should be with client bids being either South African National Roads and/or Concessionaire and/or Provincial Authority (indicate relevant client body for each of the three projects).
