POSITION INFO: Our client, an International Leader on the African Continent in the Financial services sector, is seeking to URGENTLY appoint a dynamic Digital Leads Specialist Contractor to mentor their Mass and Foundation Cluster data team based in their Cape Town, Northern Suburbs, Western Cape, South Africa Offices.
MAIN PURPOSE FOR THE ROLE: To fulfil a specialist role that has a primary focus on optimising our digital platforms, both paid and organic to drive digital lead generation and Digital STP (Straight-Through-Processed) sales.
To be responsible for monitoring and optimizing platform performance, acting as a liaison between various teams, and implementing creative growth strategies.
KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- At minimum a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- A qualification in digital and/or marketing will be a distinct advantage.
- At least 5-7 years' experience in digital marketing is essential.
- Have in-depth working knowledge and experience of various social media platforms, best practices, and various platform analytics.
- Google and Facebook/Meta ad campaign experience, SEO and PPC campaign, and trends experience is essential.
- Be up to date with knowledge on latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a daily liaison between Operations and Centralized functions to meet weekly sales targets.
- Monitor and provide feedback to Operations and Digital Marketing team on all our Digital platforms for optimisation.
- Identify daily/weekly trends and insights to optimise spend and performance and maximize digital opportunities.
- Ensure optimal performance of digital channels.
- Drive the implementation of new ideas from conception to delivery.
- Conduct daily monitoring of platform performance and breakdowns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience on digital platforms.
- Brainstorm new ideas and creative growth strategies.
