The ideal candidate must have an appropriate university degree (BSC; B.Eng. Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial) and be a World Class Manufacturing Instructor (added advantage), with a minimum of 8 years experience in a Production or Process discipline in a continuous process manufacturing environment, including 3 years experience in continuous improvement programmes like World Class Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Process Control. This role requires the ability to coach and develop others, delivering through influencing others. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
