By expanding brand reach and visibility, we enhance the value of customer programs and grow our partners' share of wallet. Valuedynamx has several purchase reward solutions already in the market, and we are expanding our offering to include a new proposition.

The Role

We're excited to introduce a new opportunity for a Content & Operations Executive to join our team. This role is integral to the successful launch of a new loyalty-based tech product offering.

Initially launching in the UK, this innovative proposition will grow to a global audience, available as both a white-label and headless store. As a key player in this launch, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth website operations while supporting key marketing and customer service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Data Management: Create and maintain accurate product listings on the website by sourcing and manipulating data from multiple systems.
  2. Webpage Management: Work closely with the marketing team to create and upload banners and other visual assets to support ongoing campaigns.
  3. Order Flow Oversight: Manage the order flow across the web platform, identifying and investigating any process disruptions, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  4. Customer Returns: Oversee the end-to-end process of customer returns, from approval to managing the returns workflow.

Experience & Skills needed

  1. Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for accuracy, especially when managing product data and customer returns.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, able to work effectively across all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
  3. Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying the root causes of issues and resolving them thoroughly and efficiently.
  4. Process Improvement: A passion for streamlining operations by designing and implementing more efficient processes.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML and experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools for content management.
