Job Title: Sales Representative

To excel in this role, you must possess an established network and relationships with Vascular Surgeons & Cardiologists. A thorough understanding of our product portfolio is essential, particularly with regards to 'Stents' and 'Guidewires', which will be a key focus of your sales efforts.

Reporting to the Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Market and Product Knowledge:
    Stay up-to-date on market drivers, competition, market positioning, and evolution within the field.
    Deliver tailored product and technical support to meet customer requirements in collaboration with marketing.
  • Sales & Profit Targets:
    Leverage your expertise to drive sales and profit growth for your assigned product group or territory.
    Set targets and price levels with the Sales Manager and track progress to achieve objectives.
  • Marketing & Sales Strategy Implementation:
    Work with sales management to develop strategies and tactics that improve sales and profitability for your product group or territory.
    Explore new sales methods and opportunities, establish effective sales channels, and enhance product quality.
  • Key Opinion Leaders Portfolio Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to drive business growth.
  • Congresses & Events:
    Represent the company at local conferences, congresses, trade shows to promote our products to target markets.
  • Training Programs:
    Design and deliver training programs for external and internal customers to address their technical needs in collaboration with the Product Manager.
  • QA/RA Procedures:
    Effectively handle customer complaints.
  • General Responsibilities:
    Submit a detailed monthly report to ensure seamless communication and information exchange.
    Act as a representative of the company towards various stakeholders and assume additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Mastery of sales techniques and a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and its dynamics.
  • A professional network of Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, and Cardiovascular specialists.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
