Job Description: Construction Project Manager / Contracts Manager required to work on new builds and refurbishments.

Experience Required:

1. 10 years experience as a Construction Manager
2. ND, Degree +
3. SACPCMP PrCM or PrCPM
4. Professional Awards by a professional body
5. NEC experience
6. Health infrastructure building project experience
7. Turnkey experience (minimum 2 projects)
8. Project Manager experience of at least 2 years
