Construction Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead to work for a major tier one main contractor on a large flagship scheme.

About the Role of Construction Lead

The Construction Lead will oversee the build of a major commercial scheme from the ground up through to fit-out and handover.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Project Director and Operations Director to successfully deliver this scheme, which is valued at over £180 million.
• Managing a large team, including Project Managers, Site Managers, and assistants.
• Integrating design, commercial, and program aspects to drive the project forward.
• Guiding project teams and maintaining oversight in a fast-paced project environment.
• Representing the main contractor positively and effectively communicating with the client.

Requirements for Construction Lead

• Experience working for a tier one main contractor with a successful track record of delivering major schemes valued over £100 million.
• Experience in commercial, retail, or residential projects, along with a strong understanding of construction processes.
• A technical or engineering background is preferred, as there will be complex challenges to navigate.
