Compliance Officer: Quality Management
Your role
Manage the implementing of audit programmes in which compliance with all production/maintenance procedures is reviewed at regular intervals in relation to each type of component maintained (including the management and completion of audits and generation of audit reports)
Manage and monitor the amendment of the organisation's procedures and standard practices (Compliance Matrix, including the associated procedure/s)
Manage the compliance with the current revision standards and any other applicable regulatory requirement and guidance material issued by the regulatory authority & certification bodies.
Generating and communicating Corrective Action Plans to the Regulatory/Certification bodies as well as to all internal auditees
Manage the Validation of Corrective Actions after completion
Ensure that any observed non-compliances or poor standards are brought to the attention of management.
Provide inputs to the budget related compliance and certification activities
Manage and Co-ordinate action on non-conformances occurrences and initiate any necessary further investigation and follow-up activity
Conduct or oversee the investigation of work-related non-conformances, ensures complete reporting and recommendations for remedial action
Responsible to follow up and close non-conformances
Analyse trends, identify and build action plans to improve quality compliance initiatives, and present recommendations to Management
Identify non-compliance issues and proactively work with relevant teams to recommend/implement corrective actions on potential quality & compliance issues
Manage the Compliance Monitoring Company Competency Matrix.
Provide Quality Awareness training to the organisation.
Manage and report on incidents/issues and feeding these back into the training programme.
Shall have direct access to the Management Representative on matters concerning the Quality System
Shall establish regular meeting forums in order to review compliance and appraise the effectiveness of the quality system
Communicate and manage all reported discrepancies not being adequately addressed
Customers:
Shall assist with customer quality related requirements compliance in terms of customer requirements analyses, implementation and auditing.
Suppliers:
Shall assist the Procurement Manager on matters concerning supplier requirements and supplier conformance
Shall assist to develop and manage supplier requirements.
Shall assist to ensure supplier compliance in the form of supplier audits and supplier communication
The Compliance Officer: Quality Management will plan, develop, manage and administer quality management system and quality control/assurance programs.
A sound knowledge of quality management principles and practices
A demonstrated ability to work independently without the requirement for close supervision.

At least 7 years of work relevant experience
Experience in ISO 9001:2015, AS 9100, AS 9110, ISO, SMS etc
A broad operational knowledge and experience in the functions of the organization (e.g. training management, aircraft operations, air traffic management, aerodrome operations, and maintenance organization management).
Able to handle tight time lines and severe pressure at times.
Reasonable level of business acumen, understanding of basic financial principles in budgeting, costing and forecasting.
