Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Compliance Officer with Pension Fund experience to monitor and report on the firms compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves ensuring the company and its clients are protected in terms of contractual arrangements, as well as performing company secretarial functions for applicable companies within the group. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for setting appropriate deadlines and ensuring all deadlines for Board meetings, statutory filings, and pension fund filings are met. Additionally, the candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal/external reporting requirements.
