Compliance Manager – USA Division

We’re looking for an exceptional Compliance Manager to lead our USA Compliance team for nurse staffing. This is a critical role within our organization, ensuring that our workforce is always legally compliant, work-ready, and meeting the highest standards expected in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Manage and inspire a compliance team to achieve and maintain exceptional compliance standards.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure the workforce is legally compliant and work-ready at all times, adhering to all USA regulations and industry standards.
• Audit Management: Oversee internal and external audits, inspections, and reviews, ensuring the organization meets and exceeds all requirements.
• Process Development: Establish and refine compliance procedures, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Team Development: Train and support team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulously review documentation, identify gaps, and implement solutions to maintain flawless compliance records.

Additional Information:

• Working hours will be 10 hour shift (including lunch) between 2pm and 6am the following day. ( Currently SA time 3pm to 1am)
• Car driver is advantageous due to this being an in office position.
