Position:

Web Designer (WordPress & SEO Specialist)

To Start Part-Time (with the potential to turn into a Full Time Role)

Salary: $6-$7 / Hour - commensurate with experience

Willing to work during EST Hours

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites using WordPress.
2. Customize themes, templates, and plugins to align with client branding.
3. Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
4. Optimize website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and overall UX / UI.
5. Conduct regular website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
6. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
7. Stay updated on design trends, SEO strategies, and WordPress advancements.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong WordPress portfolio.
2. Solid knowledge of SEO strategies, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization.
3. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
4. Strong design sense with attention to detail and brand consistency.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
6. Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
7. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
