Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute delegate acquisition strategies to ensure strong attendance at conferences and events.
2. Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with professionals aligned with each event’s target audience.
3. Use LinkedIn and other professional networks to connect with prospective delegates.
4. Collaborate with conference producers to understand event themes and target personas.
5. Maintain accurate and organised records of outreach activities and responses.
6. Contribute to audience development plans and provide insight on engagement tactics.
7. Support ongoing community engagement efforts to foster long-term relationships with delegates.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in delegate acquisition, audience engagement, or community management within the events or media industry.
2. Proven success in attracting delegates for professional B2B conferences.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
4. Comfortable using LinkedIn for networking and outreach.
5. Experience working closely with content or event producers.
6. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
7. Access to a reliable internet connection and your own laptop or desktop.
