Salary circa £46,000

Location East London

Contract type Fixed Term

Weekly hours Monday - Friday 9-5 pm, with weekend and evening meetings


Your typical day could start with attending a community event, meeting with councillors and local authorities to demonstrate where support is needed in local areas. Then, you might attend a steering group meeting to understand results from a resident survey to inform a community investment plan before checking in with your team and providing guidance where needed.

You and your team will be tapping into the hearts and minds of your Peabody community, playing a crucial role in identifying the strengths, challenges, and practical needs of residents to ensure communities have the support needed to flourish. With a particular focus on managing an effective team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering community investment plans for your areas.
