Are you our new BMS Commissioning Engineer?

Clear Engineering are partnered with one of the Netherlands' leading Building Automation companies, who are revolutionizing the way buildings operate with smart, sustainable, and energy-efficient solutions.

As a BMS Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for testing, configuring, and optimizing intelligent building automation systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards for performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.

What will you do?

• Commission and fine-tune Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize HVAC, lighting, and security controls.
• Test and validate BMS software, hardware, and networks to ensure seamless operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with engineers and project teams.
• Collaborate with clients to customize control strategies that improve energy efficiency and building performance.
• Work with industry-leading automation protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and KNX.
• Provide technical support and training to end users on system functionalities.

What do you bring?

• Experience in BMS commissioning, automation, or control systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, PLCs, and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, etc.).
• Ability to analyse system performance and optimize energy efficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and project teams.
• A passion for smart building technology and sustainability.
