Commission-Based Sales Representative – Social Media Management Packages

Join our team as a Commission-Based Sales Representative for our Social Media Management Packages. This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere, and we’ll provide you with the leads to get started—no experience necessary!

As a Sales Representative, your role is to reach out to potential clients, present our social media management services, and close deals. This position offers the freedom to work at your own pace with commission-only compensation. No sales target required—your earnings are entirely based on your performance. We will provide training and weekly catch ups to track progress and help you where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to the provided leads to present and sell social media management packages.
• Option to source your own leads for additional commission earnings.
• Keep track of and report weekly on the leads provided, and your sales efforts.
• Close deals and earn commission for every package sold.
• No sales target—earn based on your own effort and success.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and provide them with an excellent experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary—we’ll provide training and all the resources you need.
• A strong desire to succeed and a self-motivated attitude.
• Comfortable making calls, sending emails, and following up with leads.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: If you have prior sales experience, that’s a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay only – Unlimited earning potential. 20% per sale.
• You will earn a commission for each sale you close, with no targets or quotas.
