JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales management and all it entails for Botswana region.
2. Manage and plan key account activities and promotions to optimize growth for the client in Botswana sales and market share with assigned Key account partners.
3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities and gather customer insights to develop and implement effective sales strategies within Botswana region.
4. Establish clear sales objectives, in conjunction with senior management of the client, for the region and each team member to meet the objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. BVSc/DVS or related Degree/combined with Professional Certification in Veterinary Industry would be advantageous.
2. Degree/Diploma in Sales Marketing essential with Financial Management in support advantageous.
3. Registration with local relevant professional institutions.
4. 7 – 10 Year experience in all aspects of Sales, Financial Management & Marketing.
5. Advantages will be provided to candidates having previous sales & marketing experience within a veterinary pharmaceutical industry at same or similar level.
6. Experience with Veterinary Pharmaceutical products essential.
7. Advanced Project Management skills.
8. Track records in strategically managing multiple tasks running simultaneously, set priorities, identify, and address problems, meet deadlines.
