Commercial Litigation Attorney

Requirements:

1. LLB degree (Essential)
2. B. Com / Finance degree will be advantageous
3. LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
4. 5+ years post article experience specializing predominantly in corporate and commercial law matters (Essential - Not negotiable)
5. Strong contract drafting skills
6. Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&As, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.)
7. Fluent in English and Afrikaans (both verbal and written)
8. Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
