Commercial Insurance Broker

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial insurance, a strong understanding of risk management, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Identify and acquire new commercial insurance clients.

Assess clients' risk profiles and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Advise clients on commercial insurance products, including property, liability, motor fleet, and business interruption cover.

Prepare and present insurance quotes, renewals, and policy documentation.

Negotiate terms with insurers to secure the best coverage and pricing.

Manage policy amendments, claims assistance, and client queries.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.

️ Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage.

️ Relevant qualifications, such as RE5 (Regulatory Examination) and a FAIS-compliant qualification.

️ Strong knowledge of the South African insurance industry and commercial insurance products.

️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

️ Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver outstanding service.

️ Experience with insurance platforms and CRM systems is an advantage.
