Industry leading property management, letting and sales company is looking for an experienced Commercial and Industrial Broker to join their dynamic and growing team.

Role Description

Full-time on-site role located in Maitland, Cape Town for Commercial and Industrial Brokers. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to brokering commercial and industrial properties.

Qualifications

1. Strong negotiation and communication skills
2. Knowledge of commercial and industrial real estate market trends
3. Experience in property sales
4. Experience in commercial and industrial letting

Competitive basic plus commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R10,000 - R50,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
