Commercial Department - Competition Secretary - Sandton-Legal
Job description
A vacancy has arisen in the Commercial Department for a Competition Secretary for our client, a Big Law firm based in Sandton.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Litigation, commercial and competition secretarial experience essential.
- Litigation: Drafting and formatting of notices and pleadings during a Competition Tribunal / civil litigation process.
- Full secretarial functions.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years experience as a legal secretary.
- Excellent knowledge of and technical skills with MS Word programmes (more specifically MS Word 2010), MS Excel essential and PowerPoint essential.
- Knowledge on Aderant Expert (CMS) and iManage.
