Commercial Attorney (4+ years post article experience) - Centurion, Gauteng

Are you a dynamic and driven attorney specializing in corporate and commercial law?

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney with a proven track record in contract drafting and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join their team.

Key Requirements:

1. LLB degree (essential).
2. LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law (advantageous).
3. 4+ years post-article experience, with a strong focus on non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters.
4. In-depth knowledge of corporate and commercial transactions, including:
1. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
2. Corporate Finance.
3. Private Equity.
4. Deal Structuring.
5. Transactional Tax.
5. Fluency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Afrikaans will be advantageous.
6. Fully computer literate, including MS Word and Excel.

Salary: R25k to R65k CTC as a basic salary (depending on experience and qualifications) + incentives.
