Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Agent located in Potchefstroom. The Collections Agent will be responsible for managing debt recovery processes, communicating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and handling cash collections. Additional finance-related tasks may also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic knowledge of Finance
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
