JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Lawyer within our project-based opportunities, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering excellence in legal services. Your responsibilities will vary based on the specific project but may include:

• Intelligent Review/eDiscovery: Conducting comprehensive document review and analysis.
• Utilising advanced technology and legal expertise for efficient data management.
• Commercial Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and analysing commercial contracts.
• Financial Services - Banking and Finance Law: Collaborating with financial institutions on legal matters; Analysing regulatory and compliance issues in the banking and finance sector.

REQUIREMENTS

• A law degree from a top tertiary institution.
• Admitted Attorney with between 0-8 years of experience.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in legal technology and tools (for IR roles).
