CNC Milling Programmer – G-Code - Industrial Blades – East Rand

Minimum requirements:

1. Matric or equivalent
2. Artisan qualification highly advantageous
3. Minimum 3 – 5 years’ CNC Milling Machine Programming experience
4. Experienced with High Speed Milling (HSM)
5. Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, AutoDesk Inventor, G-Code Programming
6. Reside on the East Rand
7. Ability to travel to and from work on own accord

Job Purpose:

1. Program & Operate Milling Machines for the Manufacture of Industrial Blades by reading & interpreting Blueprints and mechanical drawings.
2. Monitor the machines while they are executing tasks and adjust accordingly.
3. Maintain & clean machines to ensure functionality.
4. Delegate operational tasks to operators.
5. Conduct stock takes.
6. Assist with department planning.
7. Facilitate staff training.
8. Compile weekly reports.
9. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety Procedures.

Salary offer: Negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
