CNC MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR

CFAM Technologies, a manufacturer of world-class food and feed processing equipment, is looking for a CNC Milling Machine Operator to work in a project-driven manufacturing environment. We are passionate about food security and enable communities to utilize locally produced agricultural products to support food security through extrusion technology. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team.

Job Description

• Operate CNC Milling machine to produce high precision components.
• Knowledge of all machine shop tools and measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of materials for a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to read & understand drawings and G-codes.
• Perform daily machine maintenance.
• Perform some follow-up operations such as deburring, polishing, and sanding machined parts.
• Conduct Quality Check on machined products.
• Must consistently maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Knowledge of workshop practices.

Qualifications

• N4-N6 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 Years work experience as Milling Machine Operator.
• Experience on Haas Milling Machines is an added advantage.
• Basic CNC programming is an added advantage.
