CNC milling machine operator

Responsibilities:

1. Inspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.
2. Installing, aligning, dismantling, and moving stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
3. Operating machine tools to fabricate parts required during the overhaul, maintenance, or set-up of machinery.
4. Adjusting machinery and repairing or replacing defective parts.
5. Aligning and testing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
6. Participating in safety audits and adhering to workplace safety policies and regulations.
7. Operating the CNC and manual milling machines to produce precision components for industrial knives and blades.
8. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
9. Selecting and installing appropriate tooling, fixtures, and workpieces based on the Job Specifications.
10. Setting up the milling machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and workpieces.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Trade.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of milling machine operator and setter experience.
