Cloud Sales Representative - Pretoria

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced CLOUD SALES REPRESENTATIVE for a large concern, position based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Grade 12.
2. Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
3. Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
4. Valid Code 08 drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
5. 5 years experience working in cloud sales, software sales, or IT sales, preferably in a SaaS or IaaS environment.

Experience in selling cloud-based solutions to enterprise clients is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools (Outlook, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the cloud computing space through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-ups.
2. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure, including presentations, negotiations, and contract management.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain deep knowledge of cloud products and solutions, understanding their value propositions and how they address clients' business needs.
5. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs related to cloud product sales, revenue, and customer acquisition.
6. Market Research: Stay informed of the latest trends, developments, and competitor offerings in the cloud computing industry.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, solutions architects, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
8. Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
