Responsibilities:

  • Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations for Oracle HCM Cloud by replicating our worldwide success.
  • Execute the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success.
  • Drive transformational deals, working with, and influencing C-level decision makers.
  • Collaborate with high-performing, hard-working and supportive functions enabling your success.
  • Develop long-term sustainable relations with customers and partners.
  • Work with a variety of customers, from charities and healthcare trusts to large, multi-national strategic accounts.
  • Our sales roles are a combination of new business, expansion, renewals, and account management.

What you will bring:

  • You understand the decision-making process and have the ability to influence key decision makers.
  • Experience selling high-end Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions or consulting services to large enterprises.
  • 5+ years proven sales experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud solutions.
  • Passion for Human Resources and its related functions like Recruitment, Talent Management, Workforce Planning,…
  • Experience in public speaking to represent Oracle HCM at Marketing events.
  • Experience selling to senior level business owners (head of business unit) or IT/HR Directors is a strong asset.
  • Experience leveraging social media to drive prospects and customer engagement.
  • Fluency in English mandatory.
