Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in cloud migration, specifically moving workloads from AWS to Oracle/Azure or Azure to Oracle and similar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in cloud architecture, automation, and infrastructure optimization, ensuring smooth and efficient migration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on Oracle Cloud, Azure, and AWS.
• Lead migration projects from AWS to Oracle/Azure or Azure to Oracle, ensuring minimal downtime and risk.
• Develop and implement best practices for cloud security, compliance, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Networking, and Security, to streamline cloud migration strategies.
• Automate cloud infrastructure deployments using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud computing and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud platforms.
• Proven experience in cloud migration projects (AWS to Oracle/Azure or Azure to Oracle).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization strategies.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and identity management in cloud environments.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or Azure Monitor.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with database migration strategies for cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud cost optimization tools and strategies.
