Our client, a leading organization specializing in cutting-edge solutions within the medical aesthetics, is seeking a meticulous and professional Clinical Associate – Medical Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist and perform procedures, working closely with experienced medical professionals to deliver exceptional results. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Diploma or degree in a relevant medical or clinical field (e.g., nursing, somatology, or clinical assistance).
2. Previous experience in medical aesthetics is advantageous.
3. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision-based tasks.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
5. Attention to detail and the ability to follow strict clinical protocols.
6. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
7. Proficient in record-keeping and maintaining confidential patient data.
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the medical team in preparing for and performing procedures.
2. Perform designated aspects of the procedures under supervision, ensuring precision and adherence to clinical protocols.
3. Prepare and maintain surgical tools, instruments, and operating areas before, during, and after procedures.
4. Provide pre-and post-procedure care to patients, including educating them on recovery and follow-up processes.
5. Maintain accurate patient records, including procedural details and outcomes.
6. Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sterilization standards.
7. Collaborate with the medical team to continuously improve patient outcomes and experiences.
8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in hair transplant techniques and medical aesthetics.
