Job Description

We are seeking a skilled support team member to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction of our clients through daily communication and resolution of any concerns or complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Address client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide guidance and recommendations to enhance client campaigns.
  3. Efficiently handle client concerns and complaints.

Requirements:

  1. Organized and self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills.
  2. Collaborative spirit with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  3. Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unhappy clients effectively.
  5. Client-focused with exceptional relationship-building skills.
  6. Ability to work remotely with excellent communication skills.
  7. Fluent written and spoken English.
  8. Analytical skills with experience discussing and interpreting stats and numbers with clients.

Work Schedule:

  1. UK hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  1. 1-2 years of industry experience, preferably on the agency side.
  2. Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
