Position: Senior Client Strategy Specialist

Position Overview

As a Senior Client Strategy Specialist, you will be instrumental in crafting, managing, and optimizing data-driven client strategies that support both client and business objectives. Your role will be crucial in driving long-term client satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and achieving measurable results that lead to client retention and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Strategy Development: Lead the development of comprehensive strategies tailored to clients' goals, ensuring that each approach drives measurable outcomes, such as customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships built on trust and open communication. Anticipate client needs and proactively propose innovative solutions.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (SEO, content, PPC, design, development) to ensure seamless strategy execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Continuously monitor client performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Adjust strategies based on performance data, market trends, and client feedback to maximize results.
  • Business Growth and Innovation: Identify and propose new services, strategies, or channels within client accounts to foster growth and enhance client success.
  • Presenting Strategic Reports: Regularly prepare and present performance reports, strategic roadmaps, and proposals, linking results to key business objectives and providing actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope while exceeding client expectations.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, sharing insights to enhance client strategies. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, or conferences when relevant.
  • Client Retention and Satisfaction: Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through strong rapport-building and consistent delivery of exceptional results.

Technical and Strategic Skills

  • Client Strategy Development: Expertise in creating and optimizing client strategies that drive measurable results. Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, customer journey mapping, and ROI measurement.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Proficiency in using data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms) to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of integrated digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media. Ability to guide clients in maximizing the impact of their marketing channels.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills to ensure all client deliverables are timely, within scope, and exceed expectations.
  • Client Relationship Building: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building long-lasting, trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Innovation and Growth-Minded: Capacity to identify new opportunities within client accounts, introducing innovative solutions that drive value and growth.

Experience

  • 7-10 Years in Client Strategy: Demonstrated experience in managing high-level client strategy, ideally in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment.
  • Track Record of Client Success: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that produce measurable outcomes for clients (e.g., revenue growth, brand expansion).
  • Data-Driven Strategy Experience: Familiarity with leveraging data for strategic decision-making, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Global or Enterprise Client Experience: Preferred experience working with global brands or enterprise-level clients, managing complex strategies across industries and markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years in account management or client-facing roles.
  • Solid background in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
  • Experience in medical marketing management is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
