Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric
- At least 1 year of prior experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proper time management and the ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime, when required.
- Able to work and thrive in a high-stress and fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience in client management with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule meetings.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Apply industry knowledge, particularly in business compliance.
- Demonstrate proficiency and professionalism in language skills, both spoken and written.

- Organize and document board meetings, AGMs, and shareholder communications.
- Maintain statutory records, filings, and official company documents.
- Advise on corporate legal matters, risk management, and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between the board, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
