Product Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Product Manager to oversee and enhance our OneStream products. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with customer support and sales teams to address issues, improve user experience, and drive product growth.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
3. Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of wallet and payment systems. Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management and OneStream platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Jira Service Management and OneStream products, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with customer support and sales teams to identify and resolve product-related issues.
3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
4. Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance using analytics tools, gathering user feedback to inform enhancements.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead cross-departmental teams to execute product updates and improvements.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
7. Training & Support: Provide training to internal teams on new features and functionalities.
8. Product Vision and Strategy: Establish a clear vision for the product and develop a roadmap that aligns with business objectives. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
9. Prioritizing Features and Requirements: Prioritize product features based on user needs, market trends, and business value to guide the development process.
10. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
11. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product from ideation to launch and beyond, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.
12. Market Trends Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to keep the product relevant and competitive.
13. Success Measuring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions.
