Job description

Key Accountabilities

  1. Managing Client Services and Nursing administrative.
  2. Daily communication to relevant supervisors and subordinates.
  3. Maintain acceptable TAT for client services.
  4. Employing new staff.
  5. Management meetings, reviews, and reports.
  6. Staff performance reviews.
  7. Maintain timekeeping of staff.
  8. Customer liaison.
  9. Maintain quality control.
  10. Maintain Health and Safety.
  11. Maintenance of Department.
  12. Maintenance of equipment.
  13. Control of stock and consumables.
  14. Staff orientation.
  15. Maintain admin staff annual and sick leave records.
  16. Batch capture and OT submissions for Nursing.
  17. Maintain department working instructions and standard operating procedures.
  18. Application and usage of skylims.
  19. Conduct monthly department meetings.
  20. Overtime management.
  21. Recording of non-conformances.

2. Quality Management

  1. Ensure the correct application for quality assurance processes in standard operating procedures.
  2. Adherence to company policies and procedures.

  1. Comply with Customer Focus requirements.
  2. Accountability to patients, supporters, and all members of JDJ Laboratory.
  3. Display respect and ethical behaviour.
  4. Good team player, with good communication skills.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant Diploma/Degree.
  2. 5-8 Years experience.
  3. Experience in a laboratory environment will be advantageous.
  4. Ability to travel.
