Introduction

First point of contact for all trading and market data support queries across all markets. To provide support on systems and business knowledge to JSE clients on all aspects of all markets in the stock broking environment or the trading functions and trading infrastructure across all markets in the stock broking environment. Support team on in-depth queries. Assist with weekly stats and operational tasks as per management checklist. Share knowledge gained amongst team.

Responsibilities

Protect and grow core business

• Reduce operational vulnerability in the CSC
• Participate in and conduct business and functional testing on various systems as and when required
• Carry out standby responsibilities effectively
• Manage PTW’s and ETW’s as per schedule
• Action enablement requests, LCON’s, and conformance tests within the agreed SLA
• Display Agile methodologies in all aspects of our work
• Ensure clients experience a positive difference in service levels and maintain high standards.

Partner for a sustainable marketplace

• Deliver and make progress against the agreed project timelines and 2023 milestones for key projects

Minimum Requirements

• 5 – 7 years’ experience in the stock broking environment, relevant to JSE systems and a good understanding of the financial markets.
• Grade 12 Degree / Honours relevant to Financial Industry
• Honours Degree applicable to the Financial Industry would be an advantage
