• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of Software Support and Client Service experience.
• Grade 12 with 60% in Mathematics.
• 3 Year IT related diploma or degree.
• Own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Telephonic and remote software and hardware support.
• Remote and online software implementation and project implementation for small to large customers.
• Client software training and assistance.
• Configuration and maintenance of complex customer requirements.
• Collaborate and work with other team members to ensure the best solution is implemented for the customer.
• Accurate customer requirement analysis to deliver the best solutions to customers at all times.
• Maintain customer systems and relationships, delivering excellent remote or onsite customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
