Responsibilities

  1. Manage costs/expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
  2. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
  3. Maintain expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedure, processing, and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant product and service targets.
  4. Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.

Ideal Candidate

  1. Manage own development to increase own competencies.
  2. Acknowledge complaints and queries, dealing with complaints and queries as well as Quality Assurance.
  3. Identify gaps in process and escalations.
  4. Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to identify gaps and review efficiencies.
