Job description

This Client Onboarding Co-ordinator will play an integral part in ensuring the successful onboarding of clients at Indevaldi, providing clients with a very positive experience on each point of contact during the onboarding process.

Location: Paarl, South Africa

Schedule:

  • Full-time. Open to candidates requiring part-time work with the goal of transitioning into full-time work.
  • Office-based. Remote working is subject to team and operational requirements.
  • Travel might sometimes be required.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate, organise and steer the onboarding of new leads and prospects from first contact with Senior or Assistant Client Managers to successful engagement letter sign-off (phase 1 of new client onboarding).
  • Manage, coordinate, organise and steer new client onboarding from engagement letter sign-off to successful system deployment and team briefing (Phase 2 of new client onboardings).
  • Manage, coordinate, organise and steer new client projects plan completion (phase 3 of new client onboarding).
  • Manage, coordinate, organise and steer new projects, services and product requirements and deployment thereof for existing clients in collaboration with Senior and Assistant Client Managers.
  • Manage all communication in these processes between Client and Assistant Client Managers and all internal and external parties and constantly liaise with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all work performed for clients has been subject to the client onboarding processes.
  • Manage, coordinate, organise and steer exiting clients and the processes for successful offboarding.
  • Support and contribute to client satisfaction management processes and client relationship management processes.
Requirements:
Qualifications:

  • Matric.
  • Certificate or Diploma in administration management.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a client-facing position where customer satisfaction is a priority. Additionally, at least one year in an administrative environment preferably in an accounting, legal, or associated professional service firm with a staff complement of no less than 10 people will be beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of client relationship management.
  • Data management principles.
  • Administration principles.
  • Able to work on a Microsoft operating system.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 product suite including Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Client relationship management software.
  • Proficient in Afrikaans and English (Read, Write and Speak).
