Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and communicate sales opportunities within key accounts to the sales team.
  • Promote additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Meet client relationship targets and KPIs set by the Commercial Director.
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to support client needs.
  • Address and resolve client concerns efficiently to maintain high service levels.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and reviews to gather feedback.
  • Keep management informed about client developments and ensure sales representatives are updated on any changes.
  • Generate and pass qualified leads to the sales team, ensuring follow-up on progress.

Requirements

  • Matric (or Certificate or Diploma in marketing).
  • Relevant experience in marketing, client relations, or a similar role in a food manufacturing environment.
  • A marketing qualification is advantageous.
