Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Growth Advisorto join our Client Experience team. In this pivotal role, you will manage client relationships, develop and execute marketing strategies, oversee project timelines, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ success while driving process improvements across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies leveraging channels such as SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and content, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns promptly.
  • Use tools such as Go High Level, ClickUp, and Microsoft Teams to manage workflows and ensure clear communication.

Monthly and Quarterly Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and enhance processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze team performance and provide actionable insights for strategy improvements.
  • Participate in performance evaluations and contribute to team growth through constructive feedback.
