Chief Technology Officer (Cto)

Our client in the Agri-sector is looking for a CEO with commercial and business management experience in the agriculture arena, and a strong understanding of agricultural production.

Requirements

1. Degree or Masters in Agriculture, Economics, Business Administration, Education / Training, or a related field.
2. Min 10 years commercial experience in the agricultural sector, business management, with a strong understanding of agricultural production.
3. Exposure to fundraising, grant writing, and donor relationship management.
4. 5 years experience in senior management leading and managing teams.
5. Human resource management, including performance management, staff development, and conflict resolution.
6. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
7. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and financial management software.
8. Knowledge of the South African agricultural landscape, challenges, and opportunities.

To provide strategic leadership and operational management to the company ensuring the fulfilment of its mission, achieving its strategic goals, and maintaining financial sustainability.
