Chief Sales Officer

CipherWave, a Johannesburg-based Internet Service Provider that offers Connectivity, Cloud, Voice & Security products, is looking to hire an exceptional leader in the capacity of Chief Sales Officer. The CSO will lead and manage the sales team while driving the customer engagement model for existing CipherWave customers and partners.

• Drive strategic sales in conjunction with the sales and product team.
• Ensure high-touchpoint interactions with all key and strategic customers.
• Manage the entire sales business unit.
• Implement a sales culture of customer engagement within the sales team.

• 10+ years of experience in sales, with 5+ years in a leadership position managing a sales team.
• Sound knowledge of sales principles and best practices.
• A proven track record of performance.
• Well-networked in the industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Relevant sales/sales management certification from an accredited center of learning.

• Experience working on CRM systems (SalesForce, Quickbase, or similar).
• Understanding of working with a reseller channel or distribution channel.
• Knowledge and understanding of either Connectivity, Cloud, Voice, or Security products.

Estimated Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum.
