Salary: R70000-R90000 CTC incl Prov Fund + bonus/comm/fuel
A leading hospitality company is looking for a direct contract sales hunter and key account manager to head up business development, client retention, contract negotiation, public relations, social media, and brand marketing management overseeing a small team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Direct Contract Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Social Media.
Ensure company services are presented in a professional manner with client needs and budgets fully evaluated.
Follow up on leads, renew contracts, and maximize additional business opportunities.
Coordinate client surveys and assess feedback on services.
Attend to client issues with Operations and other departments.
Maintain system-managed pipeline records.
Prepare monthly sales statistics and other reporting.
Oversee and conduct quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
Manage deal negotiations and closing within cost parameters.
Negotiate and manage contracts.
Ensure sales targets are achieved.
Manage marketing, advertising, and PR with external providers to meet company objectives.
Manage budgets.
Custodian of marketing and branding materials and standards.
Minimum Requirements:
Tertiary qualification required.
Senior level sales experience in catering, hospitality, or retail with a proven sales track record.
Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
Experience in presentation and proposal writing.
Good financial and budget preparation ability.
Negotiation and analytical skills.
Own vehicle, extensive travel required.
R70 000 to R90 000 CTC including Provident Fund plus Fuel Card, Bonuses, and Commissions.
