Chief Quantity Surveyor

Assist Senior Manager in the Contracts Management Unit in management and control of all contractual aspects of projects.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying
2. 15+ years experience in infrastructure projects and contract cost management
3. Knowledge and experience in NEC/FIDIC/JBCC/GCC
4. Valid Drivers licence and own transport
5. EE targets apply

Responsibilities:

1. Directly manage all commercial aspects of CAPEX projects
2. Utilize the latest Quantity Surveying information technology and cost measurement techniques to eliminate contradictions of BoQ's and specifications
3. Ensure that there is value for money on all CAPEX projects
4. Manage procurement process for all CAPEX Contractors
