Our client, a well-established and growing Oil Mill, has an opportunity for a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence in the food production industry to join their executive team. This critical role will oversee all aspects of production, quality control, supply chain, and strategic growth.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred with 10+ years in operations within food production or agriculture, ideally in edible oils or related industries.
2. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
3. Experience in scaling operations while maintaining quality and efficiency.
4. A track record of identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
5. Above average interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Leadership: Direct and streamline daily operations, ensuring peak efficiency in production processes.
2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to shape business strategies and drive sustainable growth.
3. Quality & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
4. Supply Chain Optimization: Improve logistics and inventory management to ensure timely product delivery and cost-effectiveness.
5. Team Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation, safety, and accountability.
