Working closely with the CFO and leadership team, the successful candidate will drive efficiency, innovation, and a culture of excellence across the organization.

Duties:

• Set and drive the organization's vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity
• Responsible for management and liaison with various stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations
• Ensure alignment with current company policies and goals

Education and Experience:

• CA(SA)
• At least 10 years proven financial management experience
• Proven hands-on manufacturing experience in an Executive role
