Key Responsibilities:

Omnichannel Experience Architect:

  1. Define and implement a 360° luxury consumer journey strategy across all online and offline touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand experience.
  2. Frame each touchpoint (media, CRM, retail, etc.) to enhance consumer engagement.

Qualifications:

  1. Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within the luxury beauty or a related industry.
  2. Business degree in marketing.
  3. Deep understanding of the luxury consumer, omnichannel marketing strategies, and the evolving digital landscape.
  4. Demonstrated success in building and executing high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  5. Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
  6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire teams and navigate a matrix organization.
  7. Passion for innovation and a finger on the pulse of emerging marketing trends.
