Duties & Responsibilities

1. Initial Deal Screening and Analysis.
2. Financial Modelling and Valuations.
3. Investment Report writing and presentation to Investment Committees.
4. Review and negotiation of Legal Agreements.
5. Post Investment Services.

Job Experience & Skills Required

1. CA(SA).
2. 8 or more years of experience in investment banking / corporate finance / private equity.
3. Top notch academics.
